We had the greatest time! Jamaica was just what we had hoped it would be. The weather was great, it only rained during the night.The resort was really nice, and the staff were just incredible! Its an older resort that has a very quaint old movie star feel to it.We felt like family from the time we stepped off of the shuttle to the sad goodbyes at our farewell! They really try hard to please, there was no need for VIP status because everyone is treated as such. The restraunts are as good or better than the ones on our cruise last year which we thought could not be beat! I highly recommend Couples Ochos Rios! I have attached some pic''s for you to add to your website or whatever.

Donna, we just made it back and we would just like to say thank you for the great vacation package and your prompt service. We stayed at the Vallarta Palace and it was THE BEST time we have ever had everything was high class and very nice. Definitely a stress FREE experience. And, on the way home somehow we were riding First Class!!! It was a nice touch to the end of our very romantic anniversery/honeymoon. We did show them our marriage certificate to get the honeymoon package since we did not have one last year. They took great care of us and we have the pictures to prove it!!! I did recommend you to another group who stayed somewhere else but it wasn''t as nice. So don''t be suprised if they give you a call or email. Please know I will be contacting you soon to plan our next vacation for next year.

Glenda is the absolute best! I have planned many vacations through her and have been happy each time. She goes out of her way to ensure each I get exactly what I want. There was a problem with transportation on one of my trips. She got right on the problem and responded with just the resolution I wanted. Thanks Glenda for all that you do...which is much more than expected!

The cruise was GREAT, everyone really enjoyed it. Yes we received all of the amenities and we all really enjoyed them. We spend the credit on t-shirts and stuff. Thank you so much for helping us with all of our vacations. Just an example of the great service that Joyride Travel goves us is this - we went with a large group last year to Mexico and we are the only couple that used Joyride Travel. Our room was the only one that was right, that overlooked the ocean, and the other people had rooms looking at the back of the hotel, parking lots, and equipment. We didn't request special treatment but received it because we used Joyride Travel. Thanks and we ar elooking forward to our next trip!

Glenda, helped me plan my honeymoon cruise. This was not my first cruise, but it was the first one we would be paying for ourselves. So I had lots of questions, wanted lots of numbers, and Glenda helped me every step of the way. She is very professional, follows up in a timely manner and handled the whole transaction by phone and email making my life easier. She was referred to me by a friend and now I know why.

Our trip was great and everyone had a blast! It was so good, the grand kids actually asked to go to Kid's Club..Wow!!!!! Hayden had his 10th birthday on vacation (again!!) and had a great day. Occidental Grand is our favorite hotel in Cozumel now that we have been. It is great for couples and is especially great for families. Just wanted to give you an update now that we are back home. As usual, thanks for helping us get booked and for saving us a few $$ along the way!!!!!!!!!! (The kids and grand kids were the beneficiaries---surprise!)

Our trip was July 19th-22nd to Negril,Jamaica. this was out first time and we had a wonderful time. Everyday there was something to do different. And, every night there was a different sunset that was breath taking. The natives are very friendly but beware of the ones trying to hustle you out of money on the beach. But, hotel security where always there to take care of those who bother you. We will be going back soon. Thanks to Joy for all her hard work in making this the best vacation. LOVE YOU ALL AT JOYRIDE TRAVEL.
